Responsive counterweight tutorials

I recently worked on some thumbnail images to be used in Doc Pop’s YouTube channel for his Responsive Counterweight Tutorials. I had no previous knowledge of yo-yo tricks, but I was guided by Doc Pop’s own color palette, and his history of also making hip-hop and electronic music. I felt the best style that fit needed to be instructional in nature , not only illustrating each trick with one iconic still frame, but also easy to understand if one happened to be standing very far away from the monitor. In all, I finished up 13 different thumbnail images.
